Turfed Out is an Environmental Arts Project created to bring together the local community and raise awareness of Greenspace in North Glasgow.  Depot Arts involved many community groups throughout May and June to create over 300 individual trays of grass which were then transformed into miniature gardens including football fields, washing greens, country gardens, alien planets - the ideas were endless!!

The event cumulated on 6th June 2009 when all the trays were brought together and displayed as one large, vibrant garden.  Thirty of the best trays from the event are to be shown, alongside video footage and photography at the Centre for Contemporary Arts, Glasgow.
